What we OfferAt CodeAssessors.net we are able to offer a cost-effective, professional consultancy, assessment and certification service for new build houses whether it be a single one off dwelling, an apartment block or an estate of houses. We are also able to offer the same service as part of the Eco Homes regulations for existing properties.
We are a Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor providing the Code for Sustainable Homes Certificates across the UK including BREEAM Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 & 4 and Carbon Neutral (and everything in-between). Please see our Case Study for more information.

What do we do?
In our house team of experts includes Architects, Planning Consultants and Photographers as well as the Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors. Combined with our close knit network of consultants we are able to guide and assist your project through the Code for Sustainable Homes from initial designs through to final certification at the end of the construction phase. We are able to provide the Code for Sustainable Homes Certificates across the UK.

As a Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor we can provide assistance on the BREEAM Code for Sustainable Buildings in Wales where recent legislation has placed a mandatory requirement for every new build dwelling to achieve a code rating.
We have invested in the latest communication and IT technologies enabling us to work efficiently and flexibly on large projects, with adequate resources, to the benefit of our clients nationwide ( including Flintshire, Denbighshire, Wrexham, Conwy, Gwynedd, Anglesey in North Wales, Cheshire, Derbyshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, Staffordshire, Shropshire in the North West of England)
Why we are different
Unlike many a Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor we have wide range of experience and working knowledge of the construction industry, including as client, designer, owner and end-user. Previous experience working for house builders and with a wide network of housing professionals means that we have a unique understanding of how the Code for Sustainable Homes can be incorporated efficiently and effortlessly.
We also pride ourselves as working pro-actively with you and the wider design team at the earliest stages to discuss and explain how the Code can in integrated into the project as well as providing the necessary information to make the BREEAM Assessment and Certification process as easy as possible.
