Post Construction Stage
Post Construction Stage Assessments
Post Construction Stage Report & CertificationThe Post Construction Stage Assessment aims to assess each home to determine and issue the Code for Sustainable Homes certificates.
If the Design Stage Assessment has been undertaken this is a useful starting point for the final BREEAM Assessment and Certification process. The Post Construction Stage assessment is carried out to ensure the Design Stage Assessment elements have been achieved or that any variations are documented and reassessed.
As Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors continued involvement and understanding of the construction works are vital to ensure that any changes are appropriate and suitable. If there has been no Design Stage Assessment than a full assessment will have to be completed against the As Built drawings, specifications and reports.
